Having been in the insurance business for 18 years, Owner Agent Tripp Nofplot has spent the entirety of his career at the agency. Specializing in home, auto, life, and commercial insurance, he enjoys building long-term relationships and exceeding the needs of his customers.

Tripp holds a CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) designation and lists being approved for the agency’s succession program as the biggest accomplishment of his insurance career. A graduate of Radford University, he holds a bachelor’s degree in finance. In his free time Tripp enjoys golf and spending time with family and three children.

Danielle Hargrove has been a part of the Nofplot team for 20 years. As office manager, she works to educate customers on the different products available, with a focus on auto, property, commercial, and life insurance.

Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from ODU and is licensed in life and property and casualty insurance. While she is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her clients, away from the office, Danielle is a mother of two who enjoys trips to the gym, DIY projects, spending time with her family, and working in the yard.

Christina has been a Licensed Sales and Service Agent at this agency for over 8 years.  She specializes in home, auto, and commercial insurance I she will find the best product for your needs. 

While Christina is dedicated to serving her clients however, she can, away from the office she is a mother of two boys and one girl who enjoys reading, seasonal outdoor activities, home projects, and checking out new restaurants and cafés in Hampton Roads.

Angela Wells is a duly licensed Insurance agent (Property & Casualty/Life & Health) with over 28 years in the insurance industry.  She has a proven track record providing outstanding customer service and care to our members.  She specializes in overall account management, comprehensive reviews and enjoys helping members secure their future while building long term relationships.

Angela holds an Associate degree in General Insurance (AINS) and is a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTFC).

Originally from Newport, Rhode Island, she has spent most of her time in the Hampton Roads area. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two black labs (Bella Rose and Bennett) and road cycling.

Traci is a wonderful addition to our agency. Prior to joining our team, she was an agent at Geico for 16 years who specialized in personal insurance! She is a mom of 3 adult children. She enjoys watching Dancing with the Stars, relaxing in her garden and frequent trips to Walgreens.
